What to Bring with you for India
Natural medicines suggested to bring:
- Nutri-Biotic with activated charcoal (to protect against malaria)
- Essential Oil Of Oregano (for internal consumption - powerful anti-biotic) vegetable capsule Pranarom (easier to transport)
- Zinc tablets (for any flu-like symptoms)
- Digestive Enzymes and laxative
- Hysdrate capsule (strong antibiotic)
- Melatonin (for sleep on the plane, suggested 3mg)
- Pranarom anti-nausea essential oils (nausea or product for transport)
- Tylenol, chemical removers, something for flu-like symptoms
Natural medicine suggested to take 1 month before departure:
- Moducare (reinforces the immune system – similar product)
- Eleuthero Ginseng capsule (adaptive plant - it will allow your system to adjust to climate change.)
- Vitamin C: 1000mg per day
What to put in your suitcase:
- Hand sanitizer
- Essential oils to ward off mosquitoes (or chemical) + lavender oil
- Natural Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat
- Sandals that are easy to remove and good walking shoes
- Bathing suit and light towel that dries quickly
- Shampoo and conditioner (small container, we buy there)
- Paper handkerchiefs, and a roll of toilet paper (because it is washed with water and left hands there)
- Yoga clothes, comfortable pants and long-sleeve shirts (shorts OK)
- Bring a warm sweater and a pair of warm socks
***DO NOT BRING TOO MANY CLOTHES*** - Early morning wake up alarm because we will wake up early (one per room)
- A money belt to put money around your waist
(***This is very important to store your passport, money and credit card(s)***) - A lock for your room's door (1 lock per room)
- Waterproof jacket (as cheap as $ 1 at a store)
- Flashlight (important for the morning)
- Adapter for your electronics (India sockets are same as in the UK 220vlt)
- Small blanket or shawl for evening and morning (they are cool)
- Light sleeping bag (it is better to sleep in your sheets)
- Small backpack for day trips
- Disinfecting wipes (such as for children) to wash your hands
- If you wear glasses, bring some clips for holding your glasses.
Note: You can take the vaccines if you wish, but I personally have never taken the vaccine and I've never had a problem.
Travel insurance:
I always advise that people purchase travel insurance. I advise you to check with the credit card with which you purchased your ticket, as insurance is often included for travel (or your work).
A FEW DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, I WILL ADVISE YOU OF THE ANTICIPATED WEATHER FORECAST SO THAT YOU CAN BETTER PREPARE.
